1LbFresh ahi
Sesame oil
Furikake
shoyuFor sauce; optional
Rice vinegarFor sauce; optional
Instructions
Cover ahi with sesame oil making sure the whole thing is coated well. Sprinkle a lot of furikake all over the ahi, pressing it in to make sure it’s sticking. Don’t forget to do the sides
Once ahi is fully covered, cook on skillet with some oil on medium heat for about 2 minutes each side. You want each side to be nice and golden brown but we still want the inside to be a little raw.
